We did pasta making, gnocchi, Italian breads, lots of sauces, stuffings for filled pastas like ravioli and shell pastas, and last but certainly not least we made Tiramisu. On my own I am delving into pesto, polenta and gelato. I have been given some wonderful new skills!!! What a great class and I cannot wait to start the fall semester. I am currently sewing my chef outfit and will be purchasing shoes pretty soon. What a blessing to be doing something I love so much for a JOB!!!!! I will post more later on the goals and plans of all that lay ahead for me...
