This is a Cream Cheese and Apricot/Pineapple Preserve braid. I am making it for the Boy Scout dinner for tonight. I use my dinner roll dough recipe and then roll it out flat, put the filling in and then use a cookie cutter to cut strips on each side. Then I braid it all toward the center and TAAAADAAAA... a BRAID!!!
