28 Days... 28 Meals....

Here are the first 7 meals...

Monday:  Turkey Enchilada Casserole, veggies and salad

Tuesday:  Ratatouille and grilled sandwiches

Wednesday:  Roasted Chicken, rice, brussel sprouts, fruit salad

Thursday:  Sloppy Joes, corn, salad and grapes

Friday:  Chicken Spaghetti, salad, homemade bread

Saturday:  pan seared Tilapia (Daisy Martinez), succotash, rice and salad

Sunday:  Church dinner for lunch and sandwiches for dinner

Recipes will be posted on some of these as we go along.  If there is something in particular you want let me know and I will share that with you.  :-)
