I really did make a menu plan this week...

Monday - I had planned cabbage rolls and it wound up being grilled cheese sandwiches for the kiddos while Dan went to his monthly reading group and he had dinner there.  So, we put it off for another day.

Tuesday - leftovers of beans and rice, grapes, quesadillas

Wednesday:  Chicken drumsticks marinated in orange juice concentrate mixture and seasoned with salt, pepper and paprika and baked with salad, rice and green beans

Thursday:  cabbage rolls moved to here and served with quinoa, salad and carrots

Friday:  Soft tacos with lots of fillings

Sunday:  Church Dinner - I am probably making mac and cheese, big salad and a dessert to take.
