French Friday... Broth Braised Potatoes


Broth Braised Potatoes... chicken broth, lemon rind, rosemary and thyme, salt and pepper, bay leaf and garlic all make these potatoes very flavorful!

I will be making these again, too...

  1. There were definitely a lot of flavors going on in the braising liquid! A nice simple side dish for a winter's meal...
