Some more Daniel Fast food...

 washed Kale

I use Kale in salads and smoothies... it is a mild green and has about 4 grams of protein per serving.  
It is great for you!  I might try making some Kale chips soon...

 Found Medjool dates at a local store called Jerusalem

 and I made this date honey with it.  It is quite tasty and naturally sweet!

 Vegetarian chili with garbanzo beans and black beans.  I am not eating cheese right now so it is topped with chopped walnuts and it was VERY delicious.

 Kale salad with avocado, tomatoes and lime juice.

 Vegan blueberry pancake with date honey and a glass of Sunrise Juice

  1. I wasn't too keen on the date honey, I don't like the taste of dates. D'you reckon I could do the same things with apricots?
