Veggie food...

 Quinoa with tomato, broccoli, avocado and lime juice and just a pinch of Kosher salt

Rotini pasta with tomato, olives, red onion, garlic, roasted bell pepper, garbanzo beans, zucchini, lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper... Asparagus on the side to go with the fish the family had with this.  

I also enjoyed porridge with walnuts and Craisins for breakfast and a green smoothie midday.
