Weekend food...

 Homemade imitation maple syrup... corn syrup free

I start with 2 cups of sugar
1 cup of water

I bring it to a boil WITHOUT STIRRING IT AT ALL and then let it boil for a solid 2 minutes.

I turn it off... let it cool... and then add Mapleine imitation syrup flavoring.

 Chicken and Dumplings for a girlie who had dental work this week.

 I am a sucker for Chicken and Dumplings!!!

Reloaded with fruit for juicing, smoothies and snacking.  
This is the kids' favorite candy!
