Finding a new normal with GF Food

 Mushroom Sauce

 Rice is a staple in my gluten free diet

 Rice with the mushroom sauce makes a really delicious and simple lunch for me in a pinch

 Gluten Free corn flakes with fruit and almond milk is a quick breakfast

 I experimented with gluten free (coconut flour) crepes and they turned out very nice.

Finished crepe and below is a gluten free vanilla cupcake which was very light and fluffy!


 powdered sugar/butter and a bit of almond or regular milk makes a nice light buttercream frosting to top the cupcakes and then I added a gluten free candy corn to each.
