GF Books From My Shelves...

Many of you know I am an avid collector of cookbooks.  I use all of them... I promise!  This is my small but growing collection of GF books and I have not been disappointed in any of them so far.
Gluten-Free Baking Classics
My favorite so far...

Gluten-Free Baking
Own and use this one ALL THE TIME!!!  It takes a professional kitchen approach and is a little more technical but very thorough.  All recipes are tested and delicious.

The G-Free Diet: A Gluten-Free Survival Guide

Reading this one right now on my Nook.

The Gluten-Free Gourmet Bakes Bread: More Than 200 Wheat-Free Recipes
Just bought this one and cannot wait to dig in and play over the holidays with this

My newest treasure... paid full price for this one because it is brand new
and it is from Peter Reinhart (my favorite bread guy!)

Will be making some things from this one soon for the holidays

More than sweet treats in this one.
Great tips for bulk cooking and gluten free bargains and menus.

I am still in the market for gluten free cracker recipes and more menu ideas that will please the whole family.
I scour the library regularly and borrow those, too.

There are so many resources out there now to get you cooking for your families!  Check your local library to see what they have and if you really love a book then you might want to purchase it for yourself.
I find a lot of things on Amazon used or through my Nook.  Amazon Kindle offers a lot of free small gluten free books from time to time, too.  Check their freebies each week to see what is available.
