I have completed my first Whole30!
A summary post will come but for today....
I am so pleased with the progress and the results and I start the next phase of maintaining my new way of eating. I am starting with a little Paleo Pancake for breakfast with a bit of fruit on the side.
The book Well Fed is on the way and I will start diving into that one and making new menu plans and cooking new nutrient rich foods. I cannot imagine going backward at this juncture.
