SB 81 allows... Foods sold under the Cottage Food Law must be jams, jellies, dry herbs or herb mixes, and non-potentially hazardous baked goods.
I use a church kitchen for all other items but it saves so much time and money to be able to do some of my work at home. I am grateful to all who have gone before to make this possible. I am grateful to Governor Rick Perry for supporting us.
